Electronic Software Downloads

Stuna Media does not Issue Refunds or offer support services for any third party products on your sites. We do not support third party products sold on the site with out the “Stuna” brand name on the product.
Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be duplicated. Once a license has been issued, it is unfortunately not possible for us to receive a returned copy of the software. Therefore, we do not accept product returns or exchanges.
Exceptions: We offer support (scheduled through our ticketing system) to anyone who claims their copy does not run on their Windows machine, and in case our support technician cannot get the software up and running on your Windows PC, we will refund your purchase within 72 hours. You must send your ticket within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
We are proud of our support system, and we always try to answer each ticket within 24-48 hours. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose comments are offensive, contain personal attacks, foul language or libel.
If you initiate Disputes with PayPal.. It will be up to PayPal to decide the outcome of your dispute.. By purchasing any of our PREMIUM STUNA MEDIA IM BOTS you also agree you have read & agreed with our Refund Policies.
